Rumi hates the rain. He's a water dog for Pete's sake. He refuses to run when it's pouring out like today. Luckily, I got him out once before the rain set in. For the Rumi run, I was joined by a friend who now thinks it's warm enough to bicycle again and stopped to chat. With 2 people talking, Rumi runs much longer - such a show-off.
I needed to dye cloth today. I always kind of dread it because the set-up is dull ( I need a Buddhist mind), but when I get to the color part - it's just a rush. I always wonder if I'll use the pieces in the way I plan when I'm doing the dyeing. These colors come from both Stockholder (the blues- although they are actually more turquoise) and Morandi. They look so gorgeous to me.
